UTTKARSH Return Policy

At UTTKARSH we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality apparel that meets their expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have established the following apparel return policy:

Eligibility for Returns 

1. Unworn and Unwashed: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the apparel item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.

2. Original Packaging: Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

3. Timeframe: You must initiate the return  process within 2 days of receiving your order. Please contact uttkarshmehta41@gmail.com . to start the process.

   Returns

   If you wish to return an apparel item, please follow these steps:

   1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email at uttkarshmehta41@gmail.com . Provide them with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

   2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.

   3. Package the Item: Carefully package the apparel item along with a copy of the packing slip and the RA#. Make sure to ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking information for your reference.

   4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
